- Reviews project proposals or plans to determine timeframe and procedures for accomplishing the project
- Establishes a work plan.
- Confers with project staff to outline the work plan and to assign duties and responsibilities.
- Coordinates activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule.
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others.
- Confers with project personnel to provide technical advice and to resolve problems.
- Coordinates project activities with activities of government regulatory or other governmental agencies.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to effectively present information to management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
